Scrap the system

The rehash of this project has mode me make some big calls, one being to not rehash it for unreal engine as there are too many 3ds max working parts that will take a lot of work converting and re building to game engine. Another is particles systems. I built this bunch last year and cannot get a decent simulation with phoenix fd so am going to scrap.
